The client had been charged with burglary after his shoe print was found at the scene of a burglary. Other circumstantial evidence existed and the previous convictions of the client were also admitted.
Following a closing speech from Mr. Halloran, the Jury acquitted our client of the burglary charge. The Judge advised the client not to lend his shoes to anyone in the future.
