If you’re serving an IPP or extended sentence then don’t just think you have to rot in jail, you don’t – “we can help you like we’ve helped others before you” says Prison Lawyer Collette Blake.
You might think you have all the time in the world, but you don’t. Speed matters in dealing with IPP and Extended Prison Sentence issues and the sooner you start the better.
Prison Sentence Appeals – Act fast
We’ve won appeals where the assessment of someone as “dangerous” has been wrong, where the risk of harm was found to be too small to justify an IPP sentence and where a Court should not have imposed an IPP sentence at all – such as cases where an EP sentence (where release is automatic after a certain period of time) was the correct type of sentence and there was no case for an IPP sentence at all.
