Prison Avoided for Perjury Charge

In responding to a request for driver particulars the client had provided details of his elderly grandmother. As the notice of intended prosecution had been completed and signed, the client faced a serious crime charge of Perjury. Paul Dillon managed to avoid an immediate prison sentence being imposed and avoided a driving ban.
