Youth Court
As a Firm, we have a substantial level of experience in dealing with Youth Court cases. Our Advocates are some of the best known and most persuasive in all local Youth Courts.
Youth Court cases require a specific level of knowledge in relation to the procedure involved, personalities dealt with and the additional complex rules that are specific to Youth Court cases.
It is essential that a specialist deal with those who face a case at the Youth Court. A conviction for any offence at such a young age can have a significant impact on a young person. As a parent, you will want to be satisfied that if your child has committed an offence they are dealt with in the appropriate manner. We try and deal with cases in a sympathetic manner, whilst recognising the serious situation a young person finds themselves in.
Across the Firm, we have Advocates who specialise in dealing with Youth Court cases in specific Courts. This way we try to ensure that what can be a trying time for a family is dealt with in as sympathetic manner as possible.
