If you have been asked to attend a voluntary interview at the police station, you will be required to attend on a specified date, at a specified time. During the interview you will be asked to assist the police with their enquiries into a suspected criminal offence.
Also known as a caution plus 3 interview, a voluntary interview will be recorded and anything you say during the interview may be used as evidence in court, if the case proceeds that far.
